For burnt out leaders who want to recover, without losing everything they've built
The complete burnout recovery toolkit. Built on 2 years of lived recovery. Designed for the leader who is still showing up, but slowly disappearing.
Start with 4 short videos that explain what is actually happening inside you. Then everything you need to rebuild, one step at a time.
Spent 2 years and tens of thousands of pounds figuring out how to recover. Then became a Managing Director before leaving corporate to help others through burnout.

These photos were taken 6 years apart.

You are still showing up.
Still hitting your targets. Still answering the emails. Still the person everyone else depends on.
But something has shifted.
You are drinking a little more than you used to. Telling yourself it is just to take the edge off.
You are lying awake at 3am, the same thoughts circling, going nowhere.
You snapped at your kids again this week. You cancelled on a friend again. You told yourself you would make it up to them once things calmed down.
Things have not calmed down.
At work you are present. At home you are just there. Your partner stopped asking how you are because the answer is always the same.
And underneath all of it, there is a fear you do not say out loud.
Not that you will lose yourself.
You are not even thinking about yourself anymore.
You are terrified of losing what you built. The reputation. The title. The life that from the outside looks like everything you were supposed to want.
So you keep pushing. You tell yourself the sacrifice will be worth it. That everyone will forgive you when it finally comes together. That you just need to get through this next thing.
But here is what I know, because I told myself the same thing for years:
There is no next thing. There is just more of this. Until there isn't.
I know the moment I had finally lost myself.
It was not the collapse. It was not losing my home or my marriage or my children drifting away.
It was the moment I realised I did not care anymore.
That walking away from everything actually felt like a relief.
That is not strength. That is not resilience.
That is your nervous system telling you it has nothing left.
And if you are reading this and that feeling is even slightly familiar, you are closer to that moment than you think.
This will not fix your life overnight.
But it will give you the one thing that changes everything.
Understanding.
Not of what you need to do differently.
Of what is actually happening inside you. Right now. And why.
Because once you understand that, the path back becomes visible.
And you will not need to lose everything to find it.
Most people think burnout is about working too hard.
It is not.
It is about running on empty for so long that your body and mind have forgotten how to stop.
Think of it like this.
Imagine a bucket of water with holes in the bottom.
The higher the pressure builds, the faster it drains out of the bottom.
You keep filling it back up. More coffee. More alcohol. More pushing through. More telling yourself the sacrifice will be worth it.
But the holes are still there.
And no matter how much you pour in, it keeps draining faster than you can fill it.
That is not a willpower problem.
That is not a mindset problem.
That is biology.

And here is what the biology actually does to you.
When your nervous system has been under unrelenting pressure for long enough, it shifts into survival mode.
Your prefrontal cortex, the part of your brain responsible for strategic thinking, perspective, and calm decision making, goes offline.
You stop thinking about tomorrow.
You stop thinking about next week or next year or the life you were building.
You become completely consumed by one thing.
How do you get through today.
The next meeting. The next deadline. The next sleepless night.
It is like standing at the edge of a river in thick fog.
You know the other bank is out there somewhere.
But the fog is so dense you cannot even see the next step in front of you.
All you can see is your feet.

And here is the thing nobody tells you.
You cannot think your way out of this.
You cannot push your way out of this.
And you absolutely cannot bounce back to the old version of yourself.
Because the old version of yourself is what created this.
What you need is not a bounce back.
What you need is a rebuild.
I spent 2 years and tens of thousands of pounds on coaches, mentors, therapists and programmes trying to recover from burnout.
I lost my marriage, my children, my home and my career in the process.
Then I worked out what actually works.
I call it the 3 R's. And it is what this toolkit is built on.
250+ people have used it to recover. Without losing everything first.
Clear the fog.
Before anything else, you need to understand what burnout actually did to your nervous system and why you feel the way you feel.
Not a pep talk. Not a list of tips.
A genuine understanding of the mechanism. Because once you understand what is happening inside you, the fog begins to lift.

Rebuild the foundations.
The habits and patterns that drove you to the top are the same ones that broke you.
This step is about identifying them. Keeping what serves you. Replacing what does not.
Patching the holes in the bucket before you try to fill it back up.

Become who you were always meant to be.
Not the old you.
The old you burned out.
This step is about building the version of yourself that was always underneath the titles, the expectations, and the performance.
The one who works hard but sustainably. Who is present at home. Who knows what actually matters.

And I want to be straight with you from the start.
I am not going to tell you I read about burnout in a textbook.
I am not going to tell you I studied it from the outside and figured out a system.
I am going to tell you I lived it.
Every single part of it.
At my peak I was UK Director of Sales for a multi-billion pound company.
I was completing a full time MBA on top of a 60 to 80 hour working week.
I was working away from home during the week, living in a flat my company paid for.
From the outside I had everything.
The title. The salary. The trajectory.
From the inside I was disappearing.
I was drinking more than I should.
Self medicating with substances just to keep going.
Barely sleeping. Cluster migraines. Heart palpitations. Stomach issues that never went away.
But I kept pushing.
Because I told myself the sacrifice would be worth it.
That everyone would forgive me when it finally came together.
That I just needed to get through this next thing.
My wife and I separated.
My relationship with my children eroded.
I was still showing up at work. Still delivering. Still performing.
But I had already lost everything that actually mattered.
Then in 2019 I collapsed in my work flat in London.
Two years of pushing through ended in a full nervous system breakdown.
I could not move.
And when I finally came around, I realised something that stopped me cold.
I did not care.
Not about the job. Not about the flat. Not about any of it.
Walking away from everything actually felt like a relief.
That was the moment I knew how far gone I really was.
I lost the job.
The flat was tied to the job, so I lost that too.
I walked away with a bag of clothes.
Homeless. Penniless. Separated from my wife and children.
Everything I had spent years building, gone.
What followed was 2 years and tens of thousands of pounds spent trying to find my way back.
Therapists. Counsellors. Mentors. Apps. Programmes.
Some of it helped. Most of it gave me pieces but never the full picture.
So I started putting the pieces together myself.
And slowly, for the first time, I began to understand what had actually happened to me.
Not what I had done wrong.
Not what I needed to fix.
What had actually been happening inside me the entire time.
That understanding changed everything.
I rebuilt my marriage. My wife and I rekindled after 2 years apart.
I rebuilt my relationship with my children.
I went back into corporate and became a Managing Director.
Not despite burnout.
Because of what burnout taught me when I finally stopped running from it.
I eventually left that MD role to open my coaching business.
Not because I had to.
Because I knew what it felt like to stand where you are standing right now.
Lost in the fog. Overwhelmed. Not even knowing where to start.
The understanding that took me 2 years and tens of thousands of pounds to find, and everything I have built since to help people recover.
All in one place, so you can start from a place of clarity rather than confusion.
I do not look at my phone before 12pm.
I regulate before anything else.
I fill my own energy before I give to anyone else.
My family come before my career.
I work hard. I do long hours. I build with conviction.
But I do it sustainably. On my own terms. Without burning.
Everything I use to help people recover from burnout, in one place, in the order I'd take you through it.
You don't have to do it all. You start at step one, and there is always a next step waiting when you're ready.
4 videos. Watched in sequence. At your own pace.
Finish all four and unlock the bonus fifth video.
Your nervous system is not broken.
It is doing exactly what it was designed to do under prolonged, unrelenting pressure.
This video explains how it works, why it has been running on empty, and what regulation actually means in plain language with no jargon.
Most people watch this and feel relief for the first time in years.
Because for the first time, what is happening inside them actually makes sense.
The habits and patterns that drove you to the top are the same ones keeping you stuck.
The relentless pushing. The sacrificing. The telling yourself it will all be worth it one day.
This video helps you see those patterns clearly.
For many people it is the first time they have ever seen them at all.
What if the life you actually want looks nothing like the one you have been chasing?
This video gives you the clarity and the permission to ask that question honestly.
Not what society told you to want.
Not what your career demanded of you.
What you actually want.
This is not about going back.
Going back means returning to the version of you that burned out in the first place.
This video is about what becomes available when you stop operating from survival and start making decisions from clarity.
Not the old you.
A better one. Built on purpose. Built to last.
This is the video I wish someone had shown me at my lowest point.
When I was sitting with a bag of clothes and nothing else.
When walking away from everything felt like a relief.
Because what I know now that I did not know then is that burnout breaking you open is not the end of something.
It is the beginning of something you could not have reached any other way.
This video is about what becomes possible when you stop trying to recover the old version of yourself and start choosing to become the one you were always meant to be.
You have to earn it.
Watch all four videos. Then email me.
And it is yours.
How you start the day decides how you carry it. I walk you through my own morning, step by step, and the workbook helps you build yours. Your first quick win, this week.
A 7-day guided process that shows you exactly where your life is out of alignment, and a practical plan to start closing the gaps. This is where the fog starts to lift.
30 short videos, around 10 minutes each. One technique a day to calm your nervous system and rebuild how you operate.
Follow them day by day, or go straight to the one you need.
Not PDFs you read once and forget. Interactive tools you use in the moment, on your phone, when you need them.
And the toolkit keeps growing. Every new tool I build, you get. No subscription.
I was successful on the outside, big job, big house, lovely family, so much to live for. But I felt exhausted all the time and had completely lost interest in life. My burned out brain kept telling me I was lazy, an imposter, just riding my luck. Working with Gary took me right into who I was and why I behaved the way I did. We distilled what my true values actually were and where my belief system was letting me down. Today I'm sober, more motivated, and I have a toolbox to deal with whatever comes up. I'm happier, more present at home and at work, and my wife says she's proud of how far I've come.

When I started, I was severely burnt out and struggling with depression. I felt exhausted on every level, mentally, emotionally, physically, and even day-to-day life felt overwhelming. I knew I needed help but I didn't know where to begin. One of the biggest breakthroughs was realising I didn't need to fix myself. I needed support, structure, and understanding. The tools I learned helped me regulate my nervous system, set healthier boundaries, and slow my thinking when everything felt too much. These weren't abstract ideas, they were things I could actually use. I'm now in a far stronger place than when I started. Calmer, clearer, and more able to cope without constantly burning myself out. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gary to anyone going through burnout, depression, or a period where life feels overwhelming.

"There is light at last." I stumbled across this at a fortuitous moment, I'd really hit rock bottom with burnout and had been ignoring the signs for a very long time. What struck me most was Gary's honest account of his own experience, flipped on its head to support others now going through the same turmoil. For the first time, I felt like someone genuinely understood, and that light at the end of the tunnel wasn't just a phrase anymore.

When I was lost in burnout, I would have paid anything to understand what was happening to me.
The problem was nobody could tell me.
I spent 2 years and tens of thousands of pounds on coaches, therapists, mentors and programmes.
Some of it helped. None of it gave me the full picture.
What I needed was a starting point. A foundation. Something that made sense of what was happening inside me, and then the tools to do something about it.
That did not exist.
So I built it.

Not because that is what it is worth.
Because in my experience, the people who invest something, even a small something, are the ones who actually show up.
They watch the videos. They sit with the understanding. They take the first step.
The people who get things for free rarely do.
If you are burnt out and reading this, you have probably already spent far more than £47 trying to feel better.
Another app. Another book. Another weekend trying to switch off that never quite worked.
This is different.
Not because I am telling you it is.
Because I have lived every part of what you are feeling right now.
And I built this specifically for the moment you are in.
The real question is not whether £47 is worth it. The real question is how much longer you can afford to stay in the fog.
Because most approaches try to fix burnout without first explaining what it actually is. Therapy helps you process it. Wellness programmes help you cope with it. Coaching helps you push through it. None of them start by explaining the mechanism. What is actually happening inside your nervous system and why. This toolkit does that first. Because once you understand the mechanism, everything else starts to make sense in a way it never has before.
Good. Because this was built specifically for that person. Not for someone who has energy to spare. For someone running on empty who needs clarity before anything else. You do not need energy to press play. You start with 4 short videos. Everything else is there for when you are ready, in the order I would take you through it.
No. The first page you see inside tells you exactly where to start and what comes next. One step at a time. The interactive tools are there for the hard moments, not as homework. You never have to do it all.
No. This is for people who do not want to burn their lives down. They just want the pressure to stop. Understanding comes before any decision. And decisions made from clarity look very different to decisions made from exhaustion.
With respect, if you had heard it before in a way that actually landed, you would not be here. The people who come to this are not beginners. They are high performers who have tried everything and still cannot shake the feeling that something is fundamentally wrong. This is not beginner content. It is built by someone who sat in your chair, held your title, and felt exactly what you are feeling right now.
That thought is a symptom, not a reason. The busier you feel, the more overwhelmed you are, the more your nervous system is telling you it needs this. You can watch the first video in the time it takes to eat lunch.
YouTube will tell you to sleep more, meditate, and take breaks. You already know that. This gives you the specific understanding of what burnout did to your nervous system, the patterns that created it, a framework for what genuine recovery actually looks like, and the tools to do it. Built by someone who lived it. Not someone who read about it.
You keep lifetime access, so there is no clock running. But finish the first four videos and there is a bonus waiting for you. I built it that way on purpose. Not to trick you into finishing. Because the people who keep going are the ones whose lives change.
That is a good sign. Not a bad one. It means the awareness is working. The toolkit stands completely on its own. But if you decide you want to go further, you will find the ways to work with me inside. For some people this is enough. For others it is the beginning of something much bigger.
No catch. £47, once. No subscription. Lifetime access, including every tool I add in future. The price exists because people who invest something, even a small something, are the ones who actually show up and do the work.
You already know something is wrong.
You have known for a while.
The 3am wake ups. The drinking more than you should. The snapping at the people you love. The feeling that you are disappearing behind the version of yourself everyone else needs you to be.
You have been pushing through because that is what you do.
But pushing through is what got you here.
In 2019 I was sitting in a flat in London with a bag of clothes and nothing else.
Two years of pushing through had taken everything from me.
My marriage. My children. My home. My career.
And the worst part?
I did not even care anymore.
That feeling of relief at losing everything was the moment I finally understood how far gone I really was.
I do not want that to be your moment.
You do not have to lose everything to find your way back.
You just have to understand what is actually happening inside you, and have the tools to rebuild.
That is what this gives you.
Not a cure. Not a quick fix. Not another wellness programme telling you to meditate and sleep more.
The understanding that changes everything, and the tools to act on it.
Built by someone who walked the path.
Not someone who read about it.
This is not a big decision.
But it might be the most important small one you make this year.
